Relationships are present in cmdb_rel_ci table but are not visible in "downstream" dependency view

Relationships are present in cmdb_rel_ci table but are not visible in "downstream" dependency view
In Ip Switch class the relationship upstream and downstream are available in the relationship formatter as well as in the relationship table but not in the dependency view.
The downstream relationship is getting created for Master of::Stack Member of type.
Please let me know is it OOB configuration or any changes in configuration need to be done to fix this issue.

Check if there are any filter are being applied in the dependency view in the map settings.

Hi @Teja R There is no filter in the dependency view and in relationship filter table also there is no entry for Master of::Stack Member relationship

Check if there is any filter in the CI Relation Filters [cmdb_rel_filter] table , if there then inactivate.

Check the connection type is set to dependency for Master of::Stack Member relationship
