Ricoh does not adhere to RFC 3418 standards.


Every Ricoh model has the exact same sysOID. Unfortunately, you will need to customize a new printer sensor to extract the hostname and model number from Ricoh's private MIB to populate this information.

+1 with Andrew and good luck getting those MIBs. Read through this post where I had to talk some friends at Rioch to actually outline what it takes to get the right access to the MIBs...They like to treat them like company secrets..lol
