SCCM Integration error while testing the connection

Hello all,

I am trying to integrate SCCM Integration (using Integrated authentication). But after configuring all the setup when i am clicking on Test Load 20 records. I am getting below error

Has anyone faced this issue before. Can anyone please let me know what does this error means and how should i resolve this error

Hi Pranita,

Try to connect SCCM SQL Database from MID Server (Server were MID is hosted). if you see the same error there then contact Database administratot to further troubleshoot.

Thankyou for your response.

Actually i resolved the issue, the error was due to duplicate record found on "ecc_encryption_key" table. When i deleted the duplicate entry i was able to successfully run the integration.
