SCOM 2022 version not found

Hi,

We are using Integrations Launchpad to Integrate SCOM 2022 with ServiceNow. However, we are facing this issue:

We have followed all the steps in the document - Configure the SCOM connector instance

And have uploaded the .dll files in ecc_agent_jar and have restarted our MID Server.

DLL files versions:

Core - 10.22.1064.0, 

OperationsManager - 10.22.10118.0,

Runtime - 10.22.10610.0

As the files that we have uploaded are from SCOM 2022 we are not sure where does the problem lie. Could you please guide us?

Hi @abbasshaik4 , yes we checked the link sent and everything seems to be in place. However, we are getting the "scom_version not found" not found in Integrations Launchpad.

We identified that the issue was caused by the Script Include 'pullConnectorHandler' not having support for SCOM 2022.
In our case, the SCOM 2022 version was missing from this Script Include. ServiceNow Support confirmed that this is addressed by upgrading the following plugins to the latest version:

• Service Operations Workspace Integration Launchpad
• Service Operations Workspace Integration Launchpad UI

After upgrading these plugins, the Script Include was updated with the latest SCOM version, which resolved the issue.
