SCOM connector issue

Hi team,

 

I am trying to configure SCOM connector and getting below error while testing the connection. Please help me to resolve.

Note: I have mid server user granted with SCOM admin permissions.

Connection test failed: SCOM Event connector failed. Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Common.UnauthorizedAccessEnterpriseManagementException: The user does not have sufficient permission to perform the operation. ---> System.ServiceModel.Security.SecurityNegotiationException: SOAP security negotiation with 'net.tcp://10.128.185.50:5724/DispatcherServiceSSL' for target 'net.tcp://10.128.185.50:5724/DispatcherServiceSSL' failed. See inner exception for more details. ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The Security Support Provider Interface (SSPI) negotiation failed.

Hi,

Somehow I validated the each pre-requisites carefully and it is working fine now.

 

Able to receive SCOM alerts in Servicenow ITOM
