Server Support & DBAs Workspace

We have a newer CMDB and the Server Support & DBAs teams are starting to use our ServiceNow instance. Does SN have a Workspace for Server Support & DBAs teams? They can see the Operational Workspace, but that is for tickets only. We want them to have view access to servers and databases.  

We are currently on Utah....thank you.

Did u tried Using OOTB Supplied Service Operations Work Space.

As a simple ITIL User i can update Only my group tickets.
