Service Graph for Microsoft Intune - stale records

We have configured our Service Graph for Microsoft Intune and have successfully imported mobile devices from the Microsoft Intune tenant.

The issue that we are having is that some records have been removed from Intune which is leaving stale records in the CMDB.

Since these removed devices are no longer being imported during the ServiceNow -> Intune sync, the CMDB records are not getting updated. We'd like to either automatically status these CMDB records as 'Non-Operational' or some other status to indicate that they are no longer valid.

Can anyone point me to where I can make this setting change?

I faced similar kind of issue last time, I am still searching for some proper solution.

Hi,

Since Microsoft Intune is a management tool and not a discovery tool, it does not necessarily mean that a device no longer present in the tool is a non-operational device. If you still want to enforce that behaviour you can run a scheduled job that changes the status of the devices no longer updated by Intune Service Graph connector.
