Service Mapping discovery failing due to Content Switching on Net Scalar Load balancer

Discovery failing due to Content Switching is configured over the Net Scalar Load balancer, we are able to discovered the Net Scalar Load balancer but respective Service which having Content Switching activated over LB side are not discovering the same and not crating respective underlining connections.

Might be required applicative credentials for that discovery.

@omkarsave Did you find a solution ? We are facing same issue. Our Service Maps now show load balancer and servers (added separately) because Servicenow couldn't natively discover anything below the load balancers/
