Can you clarify about "unable to get an entry point"?
If you have questions about which information you need to configure a Citrix entry point you must check with your Citrix admin and request this information:
The "Icon Path" is the AdminFolderName" for the application you want to map inside the Citrix. You can double-check that by running the Citrix command "Get-Brokerapplication".
Advice regarding this command, Citrix OOB pattern uses the parameter "AssociatedDesktopGroupUids", which may return empty values. If this occurs in your environment, change the parameter to "AllAssociatedDesktopGroupUids" and check if the value returned.
