Hello Community,
I am beginning a Service Mapping implementation and would like some guidance on the roles required for different stakeholders:
Dev/Ops Teams – Roles needed to use service maps effectively for troubleshooting and impact assessments.
Service (Product) Owner – Roles required to manage and maintain changes to services once they are built.
Your expert insights and recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Greetings @Pranita Bahugun. I will attach a link to some ServiceNow documentation that lists the different Service Mapping roles and explains in more detail what each Role does to help you determine which group should have which role(s).
