We have a Simple List widget on the Requests page of our service portal that displays all Closed Incidents, it handily carries the header/title "My Closed Incidents," but is not a unique widget searchable by that name, it's just a simple list:
I've been asked if I could simply add a similar section, "My Closed Requests." I've gotten the basics down, I think:
1. I added another simple list, defined the table as sc_request
2. I set the filter to caller id | id dynamic (me) and active | is | false (caller_idDYNAMIC90d1921e5f510100a9ad2572f2b477fe^active=false^EQ)
3. I made short description the display field and set number and sys_updated_on as secondary fields.
4. I set "Link to this Page" as ticket
It does almost everything I want, except the header, by default, is simply "Requests" and I see no means to change it? Ideally, it would read "My Closed Requests." How is it that My Closed Incidents has a title/heder as a simplemlist, but this doesn't? Where is that set?
...and why aren't the short descriptions being written out, like for My Closed Incidents, below?
