@Jaya5 Solarwinds can send the events to Servicenow and managed here. What exactly are you looking to be sent back to Solarwinds from Servicenow?

Yes, bi-directional integrations are possible, but not out-of-the-box between ServiceNow Event Management and SolarWinds.
