Please let me know if there are any ways of integrating NetApp and Commvault alerts on to our ServiceNow instance. Kindly share some useful links which would help in completing the task. Is there any blog on ServiceNow where someone has tried implementing and was successful which I can refer to fulfill my requirement?

Hi Manjunath,
Following links should be helpful
Outline of Service Now Integration with NetApp WFA - NetApp Community
https://www.evanios.com/servicenow-integration/netapp-servicenow-integration/
Predefined Workflow - Create Incident on ServiceNow
Commvault Personalization for ServiceNow Environments
Mark Correct if this solves your issue and also hit Like and Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Thanks

Hi,
I have not tried it but just to close the discussion I have marked your answer as correct. In fact, I wanted an answer if someone has tried it and it has worked for him.

Hello,
You can try reaching out to ZigiWave. They're having large integration portfolio and might be able to help. We're working with them for some time now and their implementation team was able to overcome all roadblocks, so far. Good luck!
Regards,
Brad
