Showing error on serial number and not able to fetch serial number of Armis device?

Hi Community,

I am having an issue with service graph connector. With the help of service graph connector we have implement the integration of Armis and ServiceNow. But when its start to fetch the data via scheduled jobs its showing error on serial number and not able to fetch serial number of Armis device and showing error like this(SS attached). How can I eliminate this problem so it can able to show the correct serial no of device in service now. Where I need to make changes? Help on this..

Your Screen Shot contains dashboard view. 

Check Logs and see the error .

Also look for Query which is is fetching Serial No and is it coming from Source System which is - Armis.

Thanks for your valuable feedback on this. But when I checked the logs , its showing:
