The process classifier has been updated.
We have reconfirmed that iTunes is displayed in Applications.
We executed quickdiscovery in this state, but iTunes does not appear in the ECC queue.

@Shoji Suzuki I just tried it on my course instance, it worked. Can you please share the screen showing the mapping of 'Trigger probes' for this classifier. It should be as shown below:

I am also having same issue after following the steps suggested in Learning Course Module and steps advised in the community conversation.
We could still see the same error

@Sharad Srivasta As per your first screen shot, the iTunes process is not triggered in ' ECC Queue'. Can you please make sure the iTune process is attached as shown below. If yes, please share the screen shot.
