Test Cases for ITOM - Event Management, Service Mapping, Operator Dashboard

We are implementing ITOM (Event Management, Service Mapping, and Operator Dashboard). We know the obvious scenarios that should be tested. We do not know what else should be tested that will not be immediately obvious during implementation but will have side effects later.

Do you have a list of test cases for these modules that your team has used? 

Even a list of top production issues with Event Management, Service Mapping and Operator Dashboard will provide us the much-needed foresight.
