The system cannot execute the specified program.SCOM Event connector failed

Hi there,

We are facing an issue with SCOM 2019 connector, after test we're getting below error:

EVENTS
-------------------------------------------------------------
Error running SCOM client: The system cannot execute the specified program.SCOM Event connector failed.  The system cannot execute the specified program.

This connector was working as expected however this failure has stopped its functionality.

Do you know what could be the cause of this failure? what else we may check to fix this issue?

I've got the following error logs:

This agent0.log was grabbed from MID Server that is failing with the connector.

I tested changing the MID server and connector worked perfectly however we need that to work with the original MID Server configured. 

I forgot to mention that both MID Servers are running correctly and have the same settings I mean Capabilities, properties, and supported applications.

From Problematic Mid Server can you access/login directly on SCCOM setup?
