Ticket Old history--> Additional comments reflecting in New CG ticket, but work notes history is not

Hi All,
Can anyone help here
one ticket reassigned from TFMC ticket (TFMC- INC3247048) to CG queues again and got new ticket in CG snow (CG- INC2509722). But old work notes history is not reflecting in new CG ticket and Only Additional comments notes is reflecting in NAMSP.
Is there any root cause here
