troubleshooting em/inbound_event webhook

We are trying to troubleshoot why some Azure Monitors create events but there are some that don't.  I suspect that its the json payload.  

How can I see the raw data as SN receives it before it gets parsed into an Event?

I created a new property on my system global.cloud.event.debug and set it to true.

Now I can see the raw data coming into the API https://<Instance>.service-now.com/sn_em_connector_listener_debug_list.do
