Unable to Preview the Alert from Express list in Service Operations workspace

HI All,

I have opened the Alert in express list from Service Operations workspace, I wanted to preview the alert so I have selected the alert and clicked on 'enter' as well but unable to preview the alert in Xanadu version.
could anyone help me to preview the alert in Xanadu version?
