Unable to solve the Network Switch (IP Switch) Payload Processing error issue. "Failed Exploring CI"

Hi Guys,

Please anyone help me,

I am facing an issue in Payload Processing,  Steps:- Check For Output Payload Errors.

Error Details: In payload, no relations are defined for the dependent class [dscy_route_interface] that matches any containment/hosting rules: [dscy_route_interface >> Used by >> cmdb_ci_hardware].

I am trying to discover CI Type: Network Switch,  Class: IP Switch, during Discovery error populating like:

"Failed Exploring CI Pattern, Pattern name: Network Switch, To Check Pattern Log Press Here".

Discovery status:

Thank you

Hi @Prahlad Kumar ,

Navigate to Metadata editor --> Hosting rules, check that you've above relation

Hi @Community Alums,

I have checked that, there is no hosting rule defined for Network Switch. Do we need to add a Parent-Child relationship as well? Like:

For Example: Network Gear

                               |

            Contained By:  Network Switch

                                       |

                  Hosted On:  IP Switch

                                         (Hardware Rule, IP Switch)
