Hi Guys,
Please anyone help me,
I am facing an issue in Payload Processing, Steps:- Check For Output Payload Errors.
Error Details: In payload, no relations are defined for the dependent class [dscy_route_interface] that matches any containment/hosting rules: [dscy_route_interface >> Used by >> cmdb_ci_hardware].
I am trying to discover CI Type: Network Switch, Class: IP Switch, during Discovery error populating like:
"Failed Exploring CI Pattern, Pattern name: Network Switch, To Check Pattern Log Press Here".

This is the very common problem and I was facing the same issues in my previous project. Somehow I got the solution. Please check the error log so that you will be able to identify the issue.
