vCenter Message: Session contains no certificates - Untrusted

When discovering a vCenter device, I can see the following warning message:

*vCenter Message: Session contains no certificates - Untrusted*

Can anybody tell why the message and if there is a way to fix it?

Are you connecting via MID Server?

If yes, most likely you miss some of the certificates in the MIID server cacerts: check out this KB https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0744261
