What is SHELL CI? How to create one?

You will have to configure new class for storing shell type of CIS.
Please follow below to create new CI.
- Navigate to cmdb_ci.LIST
- Click on new to create new CI.

In what context do you mean a shell CI? A record to be held until another datasource can populate its attributes?
