Hi Tausif,
Snow agent term can be used based on what work you are doing.
Snow agent or Servicenow agent can be system administrator who is taking care of the Incidents being raised.
Snow agents can be used in terms of Live support agents.
Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,
Sandeep

Hello,
Snow Agent is a very loosely used term which can have different meaning in different projects.
But it generally refers to people who are working on Servicenow to fulfill different requirements.
Like people who handle normal Incident/request, Then people who give Chat support through Servicenow.
In some cases even developers are referred as Snow agent but I said it is a very loosely used term,
So to summarize anyone working on Servicenow to fulfill any requirement can be termed as Snow agent.
Please mark answer correct/helpful based on impact.

Tausif,
I think you need to be really careful of what you call snow. Many many customers call ServiceNow "snow", but this gets confusing as often they utilise products from "Snow Software".
I actively encourage customers to refer to ServiceNow as SN or ServiceNow and steer them away from 'snow'.
I am assuming you mean the Agent Client Collector for Discovery? There is a considerably amount of documentation on it here https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-it-operations-management/page/product/agent-client-collector...
Hope this helps,
Richard
