What role should be there to see service dashboard in Service Operations Workspace?

I considered providing access to the Service Operations workspace for the user persona, specifically the service owner. However, assigning only the role did not grant access to SOW. After assigning the ITIL role, the user gained access to SOW but still cannot view the service dashboard to see the available services/affected services?

You can try adding these roles - sn_sow.sow_user, pa_viewer, service_viewer.

They are not able to see service dashboard. I also gave the itil role to get the access to SOW!
