I considered providing access to the Service Operations workspace for the user persona, specifically the service owner. However, assigning only the role did not grant access to SOW. After assigning the ITIL role, the user gained access to SOW but still cannot view the service dashboard to see the available services/affected services?

Hi @KM SN ,
Just add "evt_mgmt_user" and "evt_team_operator" just add those roles that will be enough.
Hope this helps you, Please do mark it as helpful . And accept the solution.

Hi @KM SN
As @Vishnu-K mentioned, this should be correct: "evt_mgmt_user" and "evt_team_operator"
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards

I don't have that in my PDI in SOW
So it's a custom one
Did you check the chrome_toolbar property? what role is required for that dashboard there?
It must be added similar to how the other one is added
Open the URL I gave and search

You might be referring to the IT agent dashboard. I'm talking about the service dashboard, which you can see in the image I posted. Also, I have assigned both roles, but I still can't access it.

the name is IT Agent Dashboard but that is controlled from there only
check the chrome toolbar property? if someone customized it and added some other roles
https://instanceName.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_ux_page_property.do?sys_id=032a58ed73c4301045216238edf6a7b0
Example: I added maint role in it and then I couldn't see it
Before: I could see as admin
After: I updated it with only maint role and then it's not seen to me even as admin

They were not the same. The one I selected was the Service Dashboard, while the IT Agent Dashboard is listed below it.
