WLC discovered as Switch but WAP is not discovering.

Hi All,

We need to discover the Wireless Access Points (WAPs) connected to the Cisco C9800 Wireless LAN Controller (WLC).

The WLC IP address has been successfully discovered as a Network Switch. However, while validating the discovery patterns, the Network Switch pattern fails during execution. In contrast, the Network Router pattern executes successfully and retrieves the device details.

Could you please provide the steps to map or configure the Network Switch discovery pattern instead of the Network Router pattern for the Cisco C9800 WLC

Based on the expected functionality, once the Network Switch pattern executes successfully, the Wireless Access Point (WAP) Extended pattern should be triggered automatically to discover and populate the WAPs connected to the WLC

I faced this issue with one of vendor wherein we observed OID was not coming. Once i have updated the OID in classification then it classified as Router based on OID and product and then WAP gets created.
