Hi @kranthi2 ,

There are two versions of subscription - Classic and Pro, and VAs comes as a free feature for Pro subscription.

Although, I will suggest for more clarity reach out to your organisation's ServiceNow representative, as terms and policies always keeps changing, they will be best equipped to answer your queries in details and accurately.

Thanks for the details which is shared.

Can you help me out that i want to see that Virtual agent chat window right side down corner.

for example if we open any websites chat  window will open to resolve the queries in the same way i want to see the  same window in ServiceNow as well 

and i am not having any team into my organization i am the single resource to my project for ServiceNow.

First thing to understand is if you are using a standard or PRO license. If pro license you can access VA, if a standard licenses then you can access VA Lite version.
For either thing first thing you may need to do is download the plugin and follow the below reference
