A text should appear whenever the mouseover was on choice field

There is a choice field in our catalog so whenever the mouseover was done on the choice field a text should be appear

Right click on the field and select Configure Dictionary and configure hint from the related list. Hint displays when you hover over the field

Hi Asish,

It's called as Hover over Text for a field.

Every column has a fields called 'Hint' in its dictionary entry .. Once you set a value, it will show that when you hover over the field.

Here is an example with Steps, please do as per your requirement:
1) Now the record and right click on the field for which the Hovertext to be Added

2) Click on Configure Dictionary

3) Scroll to related list, and click on "Labels" tab

4) Click on New 

5) Fill the details and enter hovertext in the Hint multiline textbox and submit the form
