A text should appear whenever the mouseover was on choice field

There is a choice field in our catalog so whenever the mouseover was done on the choice field a text should be appear

But it is custom created field in out catalog item.. does this possible there.. because while right clicking I am not getting any options..

Is this field extends Task table?

Then it's possible!!

1. Right click on a field, configure dictionary.

2.In Related list u can see lables.

3.Click on New, and select their lable and provide hint

This won't affect to base table.

In my requirement we have to hover over the multiple choice field like when ever I hover the choice fields the text should appear.. please find below attachment for reference..
