A text should appear whenever the mouseover was on choice field

There is a choice field in our catalog so whenever the mouseover was done on the choice field a text should be appear

Thanks for the reply, you said to right click on the field-->configure dictionary..

but for me only getting 2 options 

1.Configure variable

2.Watch variable

USe Configure Variable and use tooltip to configure hint. Also explore

yes I used the tooltip but it is not displaying for multiple choice, the text is displaying only for the question but not for choices..
