ACL is not working in sub-prod(TEST) instance but working on sub-prod (DEV) instance

Hi Team,
Is it possible that an ACL is working on sub-prod (DEV) but not in sub-prod (TEST)? I've already checked the roles of the users and they are all similar.

Nope it should not happen when same number of ACLs are present on that table and field in all the instances.
Did you check you are using correct user and roles?

could you please check the ACL roles are captured in update set once. Most probably issues might be there .

its happing same with me acl is same like on dev but still not working on UAT instance . Its working fine on dev
