Activity Stream and Compose not showing on sc_Request tasks

Hi all,

I have configured our configurable workspace but having problems getting the activity stream and compose widgets/functions to show when viewing requests. Examples below;

Incident within the workspace shows the compose and activity on the right hand pane;

Request does not;

With the UI builder of the workspace experience, when I query the sc_request table it shows as having the activity there but no compose? 

To my knowledge, the record pages within the workspace use the same layout so can't understand why it is only missing for requests?

Hi @Lee Coogan,

You can modify the Workspace UIB view of the [sc_request] record.

• Open a Request [sc_request] record
• Change the view to Workspace UIB 

e.g

• Modify the form layout and add Activities (filtered), additional comments (optional), and worknotes (optional)
