Hello Team,
We have a requirement to display Change "Planned Start Date" and "Planned End Date" on CAB Agenda Item form, but when I am trying to add it using "Change Request" reference field in form layout, I can't see these two fields in available list:
Kindly suggest the solution to add those fields on CAB Agenda Item form.
Thank you,
Kiran

Hi Kirandeep,
I've had a look at this and in later versions you may need to enable a system property. In our instance it was enabled OOTB.
Go to System Properties > UI Properties
Set this field to Yes:
If you try modifying your List View now it should be fine.
Thanks
Steve

Hi Kiran,
I'm not sure if you can add it to the form view, but we added the fields to our list view to help organise cab agenda items.
Go to Configuration > List Layout
Expand Change Request (you may need to scroll to the bottom and select "Show Extended Fields" then move Planned Start/End [Change Request] over to selected.
Hope that helps
Thanks

Hi Steve,
Thanks for your response.

All I want to do is update the list on the CAB Agenda Item -> Meeting related list on the CAB Meeting form to include the Change Request.Scheduled_Start_Date field.
So I created an Update set in Global, made my change and tried to move it to our TEST instance. It's giving me an error saying that "Cannot commit Update Set 'LAK CABMeetingSort 1.1' because: Update scope id '18351d53eb32120034d1eeea1206fe79' is different than update set scope id 'global'. Resolve the problem before committing."
OK no, problem. I go back to dev, change my application from Global to Change Management - CAB Workbench, create an update set in the Change Management - CAB Workbench Application and then try to make the same change.
Now I'm getting the error when clicking on "List Layout"
The 'Default view' is in the Global application, but Change Management - CAB Workbench is the current application. To edit this related list:
- Edit this view in Global (Ok, I already did this and added it to my Global update set)
- Create a view in Change Management - CAB Workbench
I know they are spelling it out plain as day, but I'm still not sure what I need to do.
