Hello,
Greetings!
How to add incident to change in 'Incidents caused by change' tab (Incidents fixed by change) after the change is closed?
Thank you,
Tejaswi

Thank you!
When I go to incident and then go to related records tab I can see "change cause' field. When I added change there, it is reflecting in 'Incidents cause by change' tab in change.

Hi Tejaswi,
The feature to test related list UI action such as visibility, clicking Add button etc has been introduced in Orlando and not available in NewYork
For NewYork you would require custom script step to handle this

Mark ✅ Correct if this solves your issue and also mark 👍 Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Thanks

Hi!
In addition to the above, if you want to Edit from the related list on the Change form, you will need to set the "Caused by Change" dictionary entry to "Reference Floats" so the Edit button will show.
