Add reference qualifier in "Embedded list" field based on the parent record, for a record that is not yet inserted

Hello,

I have a requirement where we need to show the records in a reference field on the embedded list, based on a field selected on the parent record.

Please refer the attached image for better understanding.

Please note that this dependency should be working when we click on "Insert new row" and the record is not yet saved.

Any suggestions how this can be achieved??
