Add to Cart is missing on catalog forms

Hello All,
There has been a strange issue on my instance. Add to cart is completely missing on catalog forms. Earlier, we used to have the option as usual.
I have tried these but no luck.
1) No Cart is set to false
2) Portal Settings are fine
3) No recent changes to the items
Issue seems to be with my user (admin) and other admin users were able to see Add to Cart.

Thanks in Advance.

Solution can be found here

Resolution :

  1. Navigate to "sc_cart" list
  2. Search for the carts where the User is the User facing the issue
  3. Export these records
  4. Delete these records

After removing the records, the system will auto-generate a new "DEFAULT" cart for this user and the errors will go away.

Hi,

Do you mean on the service portal you don't see add to cart, but you see it in standard view?

Obviously, we both know that this doesn't just randomly happen, right?

So something may have been changed to cause this.

With that said, if this is for the portal, you can press ctrl+right-click on any catalog item form (as you're looking at the ordering form) and then ensure the "add to cart" checkbox is checked.

It occurs on standard view itself. It is fine on Service Portal.
