Hi,
in the Assess state my client asked to implement a requirement that allow change manager to add another approver in order for the change to move to Authorize.
In the actual configuration each change requires a number of approval configured on groups.
For example: CHG0000001 requires approval from group 1, group 2, group 3. Client wants to manually set User Abel Tuber as a forth layer of approver for this change.
As per my "try" i was only able to configure a BR that set the state of the new approver approval to "Requested". But as per now if groups 1,2 and 3 approves, change automatically goes to Authorize without waiting for Abel Tuter's approval.
Any advice on how to proceed?
Thank you in advance

Hi Marco,
You would need to update the change management workflow, check on the workflow which on the table change_request and you would be required to add another approval activity to accomplish the requirement.

Yes, Marco. You need to modify your workflow/ Flow for same. if you add approvers by any other script. It will not work. the workflow or flow will stuck for that change requests.
Thanks,

Hi Marco,
The process is defined on the workflow, if you want to modify the process(Adding additional approval) you would need to update the workflow.
