Adding New Icon

Hi All,

I tried to upload a new icon to Service-Now using the add new image option under system ui, but it is not showing up in the icons list. I also tried "upload file" under system definition with no luck. Can anyone pls tell me how do I add icons? Thanks.

Is this an icon for a module?

Thanks for the help. I tried the same. I uploaded the icon to the database, but it is not showing up in the module icons image directory list. 😞

Hi Raj,

I know what you're saying, I'm seeing the same thing on the demo site. I can get to the Images table but there doesn't seem to be a separator for images\icons like you see when you try to add an image icon.

It'd be nice if there is a way to move that image into that folder, maybe an extra field or something that can be personalized to the form.

I'll keep researching as well.

I don't think you can move those images into that folder. What you can do is populate the image URL via list edit though.
