adding variables to my approval service portal

We are trying to create a service portal page.

When a person clicks on My Approvals, they only get the top information (Requested for, opened by, RITM #,etc)

It is not displaying the variables at the bottom. How can this be added

Are you referring to 'My Approvals' widget or a menu(on top right of the SP page).

If you mean to say it is a widget, it displays the above details on the SP home page.

Please attach some screenshots referring to your issue.

This is the right place, if you click on the RITM on the last screenshot to display the details of the RITM, it is missing the Variables for that RITM. I dont have a Sceenshot present

Alright, the form is coming from a page 'approval' . Type Service Portal in your left navigation search-->Pages-->search for 'id=approval' --> look for the widget what the page is using. You have to modify that widget to display the tickets.
