After modifying a Variables in Variable Set inside Catalog item, I see a duplicate Catalog Item

Hi Community,

When modifying a Variables in Variable Set inside Catalog item in Dev Instance, I saw a duplicate Catalog Item with different sys_id, I checked upper environments to correlate which one is the original Catalog Item.

I tried to delete the one that doesn't exist in upper environment (exclamation mark icon) and Active=false, but I receive conflict message about the dependency in the current update set that I am working on.

I went to the update set, and delete all the records that reference to the incorrect Catalog Item sys_id, I tried to delete again. But I keep seeing the conflict message. Any idea?

For some reason the catalog Item is duplicate and alarmed with red dot and the copy with exclamation mark icon.

Here you can see, there are 2 records of the same Catalog Item. I tried to delete the one below, which is not the one with sys_id in upper environments. In this with a exclamation icon.

The original is marked with a red dot.

Hi Mark,

At the end I figured out how to solve the problem, by mistake probably I opened this Catalog Item with Catalog Builder, that's why it creates 2 versions. I deleted the copy of the Catalog Item, by setting the correct Update set. The red Icon for the original Catalog Item I press on 'Cancel Checkout' beside Catalog Builder button and that solved the problem.
