After submitting request from ESC story or Bug should be created in Azure Devops Board

I have requirement like whenever a user submits a request from Employee center a User story should create in Azure Devops board.

 

I am using rest message to integrate. Any one have done this requirement earlier. If yes Please send the document.

Integrating Snow and ADO is a really nice idea. 

You want a tool that can integrate them bidirectionally for that.

 

Exalate is a decentralized integration solution, where you can granuarly decide which data will be send over.

It is especially good to create any kind of entity on the destination side, like a User Story.

 

 

its SN or ServiceNow but not SNOW, if you are referring to ServiceNow only.
