After Xanadu upgrade the business rule is not working

Hello,

The data is not being transferred for IND to IDT, the IDT is created in automatically according with the INDs fields, such as: Applies to record, Owning group fields.

After upgrade IDTs lost  the CI name, the assignment group and the due date. The business rule is not working. I have attached images.

Yes all are up to date.

Since it's custom code, we can only help you if you have the complete code. You are just sharing a screenshot without trigger or other logic that may be involved. Have you checked on other logic, updated by the upgrade? Maybe something is preventing your trigger to trigger?

is that a custom business rule?

if yes then why not add gs.info() and debug to see which line is breaking?
