Are we able to create incident tasks from in incident in Agent Workspace? Or do you have to create an incident outside of agent workspace to create an incident task?

HI,

You can create a incident task in agent workspace. Under Incident.

1) Go to incident in backend.

2) Select view as workspace view as below:

3) Configure - Related List :

4) Add Incident Task - Incident :

5) Then go to agent workspace open a incident and see you can create a task under incident and you will as below:
