Agent Workspace: Auto Refresh Lists/Landing Page?

Trying to roll out Agent Workspace and I'm told a major impediment is that student workers cannot be relied upon to refresh the lists on the landing page. I see the Refresh list button, but is there a way to automatically force this periodically, or upon the addition of a new item to the list?

In my opinion, such functionality does not exist OOB.

But you may consider enabling list refresh prompt by changing "glide.lists.live_list_enabled" system property to True. A prompt will indicate to an agent - record (-s) in the list is changed, it is required to refresh the list. 

After a refresh, an agent will also visually see what records are modified (they will be marked in bold).

I'm not seeing glide.lists.live_list_enabled under sys_properties.list in order to set it to True, am I looking in the wrong place?

right - this property seems was introduced in Paris release only; compared both releases and it was not there in Orlando.

One more reason to consider upgrading to the latest major release! 🙂

Related list counters do not get updated automatically, so you must refresh the browser to see an accurate count.
