Hi,
we have field 'SLA due' on the incident and the requested item forms in Agent Workspace and there is a message "Field type due_date is not supported." under these fields:
But it seems that this field is working. Do you know what this means or how can we remove this message? It is confusing for users.
Thank you
Iveta

I did not find this message in any UI script.
But I found that Due date is not supported field in workspace for Rome release. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-servicenow-platform/page/administer/workspace/reference/agent-workspace-supported-field-types.html
But it will be supported in San Diego https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-platform-user-interface/page/administer/workspace/reference/agent-workspace-supported-field-types.html
So I assume that the message will disappear after San Diego upgrade.
