Agent workspace showing internal server error (500) message

Hi Team,

We have recently installed the plugin called Workforce Optimization for using of shift management process in agent workspace. But when I click on calendar option after some time always showing this below error.

If anyone knows please let us know how to fix it.

Hello,

Looks like an ACL issue

If it is ACL how it is even coming My Calendar in Agent Workspace ?
