CMDB - Micro Certification

Hi All,

My "CMDB Health" Micro-Certification score is 83% can anyone tell me how I can submit the tasks. I am not able to see any submission related link.

Hi @Swarupa ,

When you can see your score, that means its already submitted.

If you are meeting the minimum threshold marks for passing, then check your certification tab or notifications(Bell icon) on the top to find your certificate.

In certification tab or notifications(Bell icon) I am not able to find my certification. When I will get that.

It should reflect as soon as you complete the certification.

Try to take up the course again, then you will have a clear picture.

If its completed then , servicenow won't give you an option to take up the course again. if not completed then you must take it again.
