Agent Workspace - user search configuration

Hi All,

 

If I search for a user using his User ID in agent workspace search, It displays user details. I want to modify this to make phone number visible as well. I can see there is a view created on sys_user table, I modified it but it still does not show user's phone number in the details.

 

Please suggest!!
